How much is shipping?

Shipping is CAD$1.00 in Canada and the US, and CAD$4.00 everywhere else!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped every 2-3 days, so your items will be on their way to you as soon as possible!

How long will it take my order to arrive?

After the order is processed and completed, it is estimated that your order should arrive in about 4-7 business days in Canada (Canada Post), 5-10 business days in the United States (USPS), and 10-14 business days for International (Canada Post). However, it is possible for there to be some delays, due to the time of year or the ongoing global pandemic. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any shipping upgrades at this time.

What is your return policy?

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, contact me at werksbyashley@gmail.com.

Does my purchase include customs and import taxes?

No, it does not include any customs or import taxes. You are responsible for any fees that may apply, and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What program do you use to make your illustrations?

I use the Procreate App on my iPad. :)

Do you design custom stickers or cards?

At this time, I do not design single custom stickers or cards, however, if you’re interested in custom work, visit my info page here.

Do you do commissions?
